Warde took the family to the state capitol and showed us his office. He also took us around and showed us the hearing rooms and the floor. We had the pleasure to meet the speaker of the house and have a picture with him (above).
We also had our pictures taken on the floor as we pretended to be the speaker.
Every once in a while each one of us is struck with a bit of bad luck. For Danette that day was today...

Troy is Danette's sister Kristie's newborn baby. His name is Troy Marshall Pinkerton. We are excited to have him as a new addition to the family.
